Session prep, assembled before you've had coffee

July 2, 2026 · Zach Burkes, Ignition Forward

We built an AI teammate that assembles an implementer's session prep — scorecard trends, open issues, rocks status — before they've had coffee.

Sixty seconds, watch it work:

Here's what that actually replaces.

The night before a session day, most implementers run the same ritual. Dig through the notes doc. Re-read the last recap email. Pull up the scorecard. Try to remember what got tabled last quarter, which rock was wobbling, and what you promised to chase down for whom. An hour or two of reassembling context you already had — you just had it ninety days ago.

The Practice Manager does the reassembly for you. It works from what your practice already produces — your notes doc, your platform's recap emails, your calendar — and compiles a session-ready brief: where the scorecard is trending, which rocks are on track and which are slipping, what issues are still open, and what's happened with this client since you last sat with them. It's waiting in your inbox before the day starts.

Nothing new to adopt, no system to migrate to, no "just get your clients to enter their data here." It runs on the exhaust your practice already throws off.

One rule we won't break: it never enters the session room.

Facilitation is the implementer's craft. The AI does the work around the session, never inside it.

That rule isn't a limitation we're working around until the technology gets better. It's the design. The brief exists so you walk into the room sharper — not so something walks in with you. What happens in the room is yours: reading the team, calling the elephant, holding the line on the agenda. No brief can do that, and nothing we build will try.

If you want to see what this looks like pointed at your own client book — your notes, your rhythm, your six sets of rocks — that's the call below. We'll map it together, and the map is yours either way.
